These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "the User") and Tradisibet (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online betting and gaming platform accessible attradisibet.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the Tradisibet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Tradisibet provides online sports betting, live casino games, and virtual slot products to eligible players. The Platform primarily serves players located in Malaysia and is operated under an international online gaming licence. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on the Tradisibet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You areat least 21 years of age. Tradisibet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts. Registration by individuals under 21 years is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any corporation, business, or other legal entity for commercial purposes.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, terminated, or closed by the Company for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of the Company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are aware of and accept that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Malaysia, and you take sole responsibility for compliance with your local laws.

Each Player may register and maintain onlyone (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any details change. The Company accepts no liability for errors arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the Company immediately via our support channels.

The Company reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, Driver's Licence, or proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.

All transactions on the Tradisibet Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, and Litecoin). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at the Company's discretion.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for e-wallet and cryptocurrency transactions; RM50 for bank transfers via FPX or direct online banking.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard accounts within 4 hours during operating hours; VIP accounts receive priority processing. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Company's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Active bonus restriction: Withdrawal requests made while bonus funds remain active in an Account may trigger forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, where the withdrawal is made prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal transaction and may delay or decline processing where concerns related to fraud, AML compliance, or identity verification arise. All deposits must originate from payment accounts legally registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino activity conducted on the Platform. Product-specific rules for individual sports markets, live casino games, and slot titles are published within the relevant game or market interfaces and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed following confirmation, except where explicitly provided for under specific market rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrect price or market in the event of a manifest error (palpable error). Bets placed on odds that are evidently incorrect will be settled at the correct market price.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during the placement or settlement of a bet, the Company's decision on the outcome shall be final, subject to a formal review process.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• For live in-play betting, delays in data feeds may occasionally affect odds display. The Company will not be held responsible for bets placed based on outdated in-play information resulting from third-party data feed delays.
• Sports results and casino game outcomes are determined by the relevant governing body or the independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) respectively. The Company accepts no liability for outcomes arising from factors outside its control, including event postponements, weather interruptions, or force majeure events.

The Company offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Players with active self-exclusion or account restrictions are ineligible for bonuses.
• One bonus per promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent this restriction will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account termination.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. The wagering contribution of each game type is published in the applicable promotion terms — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is MYR 500, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winings. This limit, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: The Company reserves the right to withold, void, or reverse any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, systematically, or in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tradisibet Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over the Company or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winings arising from such exploitation will be voided and the Account suspended.
• Engaging in any fraudulent payment activity, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or initiating chargebacks without a legitimate dispute basis.
• Depositing or processing funds on behalf of a third party, or otherwise using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illicit activity.
• Attempting to circumvent the Company's security systems, technical infrastructure, or compliance controls.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, technical misuse, or at the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, the Company may withold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where the breach is substantiated, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance as compensation for loss or costs incurred. Where termination occurs for administrative reasons not attributable to Player fault, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under our Responsible Gambling Policy and are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reinstatement can be requested.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruption, or any failure, delay, or disruption in the delivery of services caused by factors outside the Company's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and data accuracy, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, incomplete data, or delayed information from third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Tradisibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all registered players. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through the account settings panel.

All players are reminded that gambling carries inherent financial risk and should be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income. The Company recommends that players set personal limits before commencing play and review these limits regularly.

The Company operates a strict 21+ age policy. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately and any balance forfeited. Players who suspect that a minor may be accessing gambling services should contact our support team immediately.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by the Company is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

The Company collects personal data as necessary for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of platform services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the provision of our services, and only under appropriate data processing agreements.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to Players. Any changes to the Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. The most recent "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to Malaysian law, including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Company does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
